This Haier washer-dryer uses digital internal scales to weigh your laundry, before automatically adjusting the water consumption and cycle duration according to the amount of laundry you're washing.

The machine calculates the optimum settings depending upon the weight of each load, ensuring excellent results and minimum energy consumption from the Direct Motion Motor.

The AEG Oven BPK748380B is a modern, multifunctional oven designed to make cooking simple and efficient.

To get started, select your desired cooking mode using the function dial, then set the temperature accordingly using the temperature control. The oven heats up quickly and evenly, making it ideal for everything from baking and roasting to grilling and reheating.

The oven features a clearly labelled control panel, including options for the interior light, which can be switched on to check progress without opening the door and losing heat. If you’re using the grill setting, be sure to monitor your food closely, as it heats very quickly and is perfect for finishing dishes with a golden top or a bit of crispness.

For safety reasons, please do not leave the oven switched on when you leave the property. The appliance is fitted with safety features, but we ask that all guests supervise the oven while in use to ensure safe and responsible operation.

After cooking, allow the oven to cool before wiping it down with a soft cloth. If any spills occur, it’s best to clean them as soon as the oven has cooled to keep it in great condition for the next guest.

The Bosch Induction Hob offers fast, efficient cooking and is simple to use once you’re familiar with it. Be sure to use induction-compatible pans (they should have an induction compatible base) and match the pan size to the cooking zone for best results.

Always place cookware centrally on the zone—the hob will only activate when it detects a suitable pan.

Touch controls allow you to adjust the heat easily, and residual heat indicators will stay lit to show when a zone is still hot, even after it’s turned off. For energy efficiency, use lids on pots where possible and switch off the hob a few minutes early to take advantage of retained heat.

Always clean the surface once it’s cooled using a soft cloth to keep it in top condition.

The Breville DiamondXpress 3100W Ceramic Steam Iron is powerful and easy to use, designed to help you smooth out wrinkles with minimal effort. Before filling the water reservoir, make sure the iron is unplugged and the steam control is set to “0.” Tilt the iron slightly while filling to help prevent airlocks and ensure even steam flow. You can use ordinary tap water, and the large filling spout makes it quick and mess-free. Once filled, select the correct heat setting for your fabric using the dial — lower settings for delicate materials like silk, and higher for cotton and linens.

To keep the iron performing at its best, use the self-clean function regularly to prevent limescale buildup, especially if you’re staying for an extended period. After use, always allow the iron to cool fully before storing it away, and make sure it is stored upright to avoid any leaks or damage. Never leave the iron face-down on the ironing board or plugged in when unattended. For your convenience, a full guide is included with the manual, available online if needed.

The John Lewis Simplicity Kettle (Model 855 57206) is quick and easy to use.

To operate, simply place the kettle securely on its base before switching it on.

You can fill it through the spout or by lifting the lid, but please ensure the water level stays between the MIN and MAX marks for safe use.

The kettle features automatic shut-off once the water reaches boiling point and includes boil-dry protection to prevent damage if it’s accidentally switched on while empty.

For safety, always unplug the kettle when it’s not in use and avoid overfilling to prevent water from spilling out during boiling. After pouring, be careful of hot steam escaping from the spout or lid.

(Model 855 27210) is easy to use and designed for everyday convenience. Simply plug it in, insert your bread or item to be toasted, and select your preferred browning level using the numbered dial — lower numbers for a lighter toast, higher for darker. Once set, lower the lever to begin toasting. You can also use the defrost button for frozen bread, the reheat button to warm toast without further browning, or the cancel button to stop the cycle at any time.

For safe use and maintenance, always allow the toaster to cool fully before emptying the crumb tray, which is located at the back. Regularly emptying the tray helps prevent build-up and ensures safe operation. Avoid placing anything on top of the toaster while in use, and never insert utensils into the slots.

The Samsung MS23T5018AC Solo Freestanding Microwave (Charcoal) is a sleek and user-friendly addition to the kitchen. With a generous 23 litre capacity and 800 W output, it’s perfect for reheating, defrosting, or cooking light meals  .

To operate the microwave, simply place your food inside on the turntable, close the door firmly, and select the desired cooking mode using the touch control panel. You can adjust the power level and set the cooking time using the timer button. For quick defrosting, use the dedicated quick-defrost button which adjusts settings automatically based on the food type and weight. The microwave also has an eco mode to help reduce energy consumption when not in active use.

For safety, always use microwave-safe containers and avoid metal or foil inside the microwave. Keep the interior clean and free from food splatters to maintain performance and hygiene. Never operate the microwave when empty, and do not leave it unattended while in use.
